One family was devastated when their father, Herman, suddenly vomited glass and died while he was eating. Herman leaves behind his wife, Sri, and two children, Andi and Dina. After a month, Andi and Dina were worried about the condition of their mother, who was still mourning Herman's departure. Andi brought his girlfriend, Hanum, who had just moved to their village four months ago, to help take care of Sri. Sri began to be haunted by mystical things and, one day, she vomited glass while eating like Herman, but Andi and Dina managed to take her to the hospital before her condition got worse. When she finds a photo of Sri posing with Herman and a woman whose face has been cut off, Dina suspects that Sri is hiding a secret from the past, but Andi doesn't believe her. In reality, Sri was hiding a secret. 20 years ago, Sri once asked for help from the local village shaman, Jarwo. Sri revealed that she knew that Herman had been blackmailed and asked Jarwo to detect who the perpetrator was. Instead of finding out, Jarwo was blackmailed and burned alive. Gradually, Andi finally believed Dina's suspicions and together with her found out about Sri's past. Dina received information that the woman posing with Sri and Herman was named Leila, but she had changed her name a long time ago. When she returned home, Dina was attacked by a robed figure who also took Sri away.
